Cancellation Policy: In case of any discrepancy, we can cancel any of the orders. A few reasons for cancellation from our end usually include limitation of the product in the inventory, error in pricing, error in product information etc. We also have the right to check out for extra information for the purpose of accepting orders in a few cases. We make sure to notify you if in case your order is canceled partially or completely or if in case any extra data is required for the purpose of accepting your order. Refund policy: A product once sold can be exchanged or returned only if there is any manufacturing defect or it is received in physically damaged condition or it is different from what was ordered. Any such issue needs to be informed by email within 24 hours of receipt of product.The product needs to be returned in original condition with tag and box/pouch along with the Original Product and Original/Copy of Invoice. Customer needs to ensure that the product is packed properly before handing over to courier.Once returned item is received our Quality Assurance department will review it. Any item that show signs of wear or has been altered by third-party, broken or damaged cannot be accepted for return or exchange.We are NOT liable for Custom / Import duty or any other charges from buyer’s country.If your product needs to be repaired, the company shall repair/replace the product for charges to be determined on a case to case basis.
